Buongiorno ragazze!
Non so se anche a voi è capitato di dover preparare cene importanti e di andare nel panico.
Ebbene a me qualche volta è successo.

Le ricette iniziano ad affollarsi nella mente insieme all'ansia da prestazione.
Vorrei sempre qualcosa di buono ma non banale, di bello ma non eccessivamente elaborato.
Internet è una grande miniera e per fortuna ci sono blog come Sunday Supper che ci vengono incontro.

Quindi stamani vi darò qualche idea per allestire una bella tavola e in più qualche trovata carina per stupire gli ospiti.

Innanzitutto l'aperitivo.
Allestiamo un piccolo angolo dedicato all'aperitivo con il cocktail che preferiamo e poco più. Ricordiamo che è un aperitivo e non l'happy hour del bar sotto casa!









Perchè non pensare ad un mini tagliere per il menù che può diventare cadeau per gli ospiti?



La tavola è curata ma semplice. Io adoro il bianco ed un motivo ci sarà: con lui non si sbaglia mai! Qualche fiore non troppo profumato.
A proposito li vedete anche voi i crisantemi vicino ai tulipani? Belli no?.











L'idea in più? Una degustazione di formaggi da servire proprio su un tagliere!
Ogni commensale avrà un suo tagliere con una selezione di formaggi e marmellate insolite e miele per accompagnare, ma anche pane o riduzioni di vini pregiati.
E perchè no, se vogliamo proprio strafare un piccolo menù che spiega i formaggi e come iniziare a degustarli (From softest to the more mature) is not bad at all.
